Maintenance Three Nodes

Kwun® operates in harsh environments and runs continuously for extended periods, with nearly every component undergoing the most severe external tests. Scientific and routine maintenance of Kwun® will indeed ensure the longevity and maximization of its economic benefits! Kwunphi Company considers maintenance a crucial part of after-sales service, while also accommodating the flexibility of customer-defined maintenance plans. Therefore, Kwunphi has established different maintenance plans designed based on time, mileage, and Kwunphi's backend big data, which are scientific, economical, effective, and convenient.

1. A new machine will inevitably go through a break-in period from the official start of production to stable operation. Maintenance after three consecutive months of use or an accumulated mileage of 150 kilometers is the 'Golden Node', where all components have undergone dynamic break-in, especially moving parts. Maintenance at this time is crucial!

2. Subsequent maintenance every six months of continuous use or every 300 kilometers of accumulated mileage is known as the 'Silver Node'.

3. If only one 'Bronze Node' maintenance is performed within a year, it is recommended not to exceed twelve months or 500 kilometers of usage.

Under the hands of Kwunphi's most experienced engineers, every factory maintenance of Kwun® is equivalent to 'rebirth from the ashes'. During factory maintenance, any components that may have potential issues are promptly, freely, and professionally repaired or replaced with new parts, in addition to the maintenance package.

Kwunphi maintenance is divided into three series, from which customers can freely choose. Customers within the warranty period are also advised to opt for maintenance, which indeed helps to extend the life of the equipment and enhance its economic use. The maintenance plan is formulated based on accumulated usage mileage (or time), and Kwunphi implements customized maintenance according to customer choice, which includes but is not limited to professional maintenance, repair, and replacement.
