General Warranty Terms

The quality guarantor ("Kwunphi") will provide warranty services for Kwun within the corresponding warranty period in accordance with the terms, conditions and limitations of this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy". Your rights and Kwunphi obligations stipulated in this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" apply within the Kwunphi the hinterland of China warranty area (that is, the area where you purchased a brand new Kwun). If you transfer your Kwun to another warranty area, the terms of this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" will no longer apply unless otherwise required by local law.

Kwun is an unmanned autonomous photovoltaic module cleaning robot designed and manufactured by SHENZHEN KWUNPHI ROBOT CO., LTD. Kwun has been registered as a trademark by Kwunphi company, Kwun is actually the proper name of Kwunphi company's photovoltaic cleaning robot.

Scope of Kwun Covered by Warranty

This "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" applies to Kwun sold by Kwunphi within the warranty area of the hinterland of China. For the purpose of this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy", the warranty area of Kwunphi the hinterland of China includes 23 provinces, 5 autonomous regions and 4 municipalities within the territory of the People's Republic of China (except Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region); For subsequent purchasers or transferees, no matter which country or region they purchased Kwun in, they must return to the Kwunphi the hinterland of China warranty area to obtain warranty services. Unless in the above areas outside the Kwunphi authorized certification of the local service center, and the service center assumes local legal responsibility, then Kwunphi transfers the legal rights and obligations of the "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" to the local service center.

Multiple warranty terms

The warranty terms and conditions contained in this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" may vary depending on the part or system covered. The warranties for specific components or systems are limited to the extent of the warranties set forth in the Warranty Section and elsewhere in this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy".

Limitations and disclaimer

Except as otherwise provided by national laws and regulations, this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" is the only express warranty applicable to your Kwun.

The remedies under this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" or any implied warranty are limited to necessary repairs, replacement parts, replacement of Kwun or refund of Kwun.

Kwunphi does not authorize any person or entity to create any other obligations or liabilities in connection with this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" on its behalf. Subject to relevant laws and regulations, Kwunphi reserves the right to repair or replace parts or use new (including remanufactured) parts at its sole discretion.

Rights Conferred by Chinese Law

You have specific rights under this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy". You may also have other rights under applicable Chinese laws and regulations.

Transfer of ownership

Subject to the limitations described in this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy", this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" is transferable free of charge to anyone who legally acquires title to Kwun after the first purchaser ("Subsequent Purchasers").

Who can request this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy"?

If you obtain service under this warranty, you authorize Kwunphi to store, use and process the logbook information and your contact information, including name, phone number, address and email address. We may contact you to ask if you are satisfied with our warranty service or to notify you of any product recalls or safety issues. To achieve the above objectives, you authorize Kwunphi to transfer your information to any country or territory in which we do business and may make it available to agencies acting on our behalf. Scope of Quality Assurance

This "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" contains detailed information regarding repairs, parts replacement, Kwun replacement, and Kwun refunds. The details are as follows.

According to this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy", the only remedy available to you is Kwunphi's repair or replacement of parts for quality problems covered by the warranty, or replacement of your Kwun or back Kwun. Kwunphi reserves the right to use new parts (including remanufactured parts) for repairs at its sole discretion. All parts or other components replaced by Kwunphi in accordance with this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy", and Kwun returned to Kwunphi or replaced by Kwunphi, are the exclusive property of Kwunphi, unless otherwise provided by relevant laws.

Kwun Three-Pack Limited Warranty - Repair

Free warranty service must meet the following conditions:

  • √ The product has been used normally within the specified product warranty period since the purchased product, and there is a non-artificial performance failure of the product;
  • √ No unauthorized disassembly, no disassembly or installation guided by unofficial manuals, or other non-human-caused failures;
  • √ Provide valid proof of purchase, receipt and order number.

The following situations do not belong to the free product warranty service:

  • × Collision and fall accidents caused by man-made non-product quality problems;
  • × Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, opening of the shell, etc. as directed by the unofficial manual;
  • × Damage or water ingress caused by improper installation, use and operation not in accordance with the instructions in the manual;
  • × In the absence of official instructions and guidance, the customer repairs the damage caused by the assembly;
  • × Damage caused by circuit modification guided by unofficial manuals, or improper matching and use of battery packs and chargers;
  • × Damage caused by all operations not operated in accordance with the product manual;
  • × Damage caused by manipulation in harsh environments, such as strong wind, rain, sand, etc.;
  • × Damage caused by manipulation in the case of mutual interference with other wireless devices, such as transmitter, image transmission signal, WiFi signal interference, etc.;
  • × Damage caused when the working face exceeds the calibrated inclination angle;
  • × Damage caused by forced operation when parts are aged or damaged;
  • × Damage caused by reliability and compatibility issues when used with non-Kwunphi certified third-party components;
  • × Damage caused by insufficient discharge when the power is insufficient, or the use of batteries with quality problems;
  • × The machine serial number, factory label and other signs are torn or altered;
  • × After contacting Kwunphi to confirm the warranty service, the corresponding item was not shipped within 7 calendar days.

Kwun Three-Pack Limited Warranty - Exchange or Return

You can apply for a return if you meet the following conditions:

  • √ Within 7 calendar days after you receive the goods, the product packaging, accessories, gifts, and instructions are complete, and there is no artificial damage, and it has not been activated for use, which will not affect secondary sales;
  • √ Within 7 calendar days after you receive the goods, you find that the product has a performance failure that is not artificially damaged.

Kwunphi reserves the right to refuse your return request in the following cases:

  • × The return request is made after more than 7 calendar days from the date of receipt;
  • × The returned product is incomplete, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to artificial reasons;
  • × Failure to provide legal proof of purchase or documents when returning goods, or to forge or alter documents;
  • × Collision, drop caused by non-product quality problems, as well as product quality problems caused by man-made unauthorized modification, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and failure to use and operate according to the instructions in the manual;
  • × Tear up, alter labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.;
  • × Products damaged due to unavoidable factors, such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident and other force majeure;
  • × After contacting Kwunphi to confirm the return service, the corresponding item was not sent within 7 calendar days;

An exchange may be requested if one of the following conditions is met:

  • √ Within 15 calendar days after you receive the goods, you find that the product has been damaged during transportation and can provide a certificate of damage to the goods provided by the transportation company;
  • √ Within 15 calendar days after you receive the goods, you find that the product is seriously inconsistent with the original product description in one or more important aspects;
  • √ Within 15 calendar days after you receive the goods, you find that the product has a performance failure that is not artificially damaged.

Kwunphi reserves the right to refuse your exchange request in the following cases:

  • × Request for replacement after more than 15 calendar days from the date of receipt;
  • × The legal proof of purchase or documents cannot be provided when exchanging goods, or the documents are forged or altered;
  • × The replacement product is incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to artificial reasons;
  • × Tested by Kwunphi technical support department, there is no quality problem;
  • × Collision, drop caused by non-self-quality problems, as well as product quality problems caused by man-made unauthorized modification, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and failure to use and operate according to the instructions;
  • × Tear up, alter labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.;
  • × Products damaged due to unavoidable factors, such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident and other force majeure;
  • × After contacting Kwunphi to confirm the exchange service, the corresponding item has not been sent within 7 calendar days;
  • × If the goods are damaged due to transportation, they propose to exchange the goods but fail to provide the cargo damage certificate issued by the transportation company;

Kwun Three Guarantees Limited Warranty - Paid Repairs and Related

If Kwun is purchased in different countries, due to the difference in products or usage conditions, the return, exchange and warranty services during the warranty period will be different.

  • ※ You need to send the problem Kwun back. After Kwunphi receives the problem machine, it will carry out fault detection to Kwun to determine the responsibility for the problem. If it is the quality defect of Kwun itself, Kwunphi is responsible for the inspection fee, material fee, labor fee and delivery fee after maintenance.
  • ※ If Kwun does not meet the free maintenance conditions after testing, you can choose to pay for maintenance or return the original machine.
  • ※ If the problem of the machine is not covered by the warranty (such as damage to the machine caused by human beings), Kwunphi will charge the corresponding inspection fee, replacement parts fee, testing fee, labor fee and delivery fee after maintenance.
  • ※ Kwun repair may result in data loss, you must back up your data first.
  • ※ If Kwunphi receives a battery with serious damage such as damaged cells, bulging, and leakage, it will be scrapped and will not be returned.
  • ※ In view of the difference of Kwun version, Kwun does not support global warranty, and can only provide warranty service in Kwunphi regional repair center designated by Kwunphi. If it needs to be repaired at a designated repair center in a non-purchasing area, Kwunphi will handle it according to the local inventory situation, and only provide paid services.
  • ※ If the recipient address you provide is wrong, or the recipient refuses to accept it, the resulting loss must be borne by the customer.
  • ※ If the courier cannot be delivered or is rejected and returned to Kwunphi, Kwunphi will keep it on its behalf, and the storage fee will be calculated from the date of return. Due to the corresponding requirements of the warehousing environment, the billing standard for the warehousing fee is: 100 yuan/day. When the warehousing fee is equivalent to the remaining value of the Kwun, Kwunphi will have the right to dispose of the Kwun. (Calculation method of Kwun residual value: residual value = original selling price - this maintenance cost)
  • ※ If you want to send back to Kwun across the country, you need to obtain the consent of Kwunphi, and the resulting customs duties and customs clearance fees must be borne by you.
  • ※ If the Kwun is flooded, it will seriously affect the performance of the Kwun, and it has no maintenance value. Therefore, Kwunphi cannot provide maintenance services, and will provide Kwun replacement services. Please be aware of it and send it back as appropriate.
  • ※ Before sending Kwun for repair, please properly dispose of the personalized items and decorations attached to the original Kwun (including but not limited to Kwun decorative stickers, UAS stickers, paint spraying, etc.), Kwunphi’s damage and loss of personalized items and decorations is not responsible.
  • ※ In order to ensure your normal rights and interests, when you sign for the goods, please check whether the Kwun is in good condition (whether there is any damage caused by logistics and other reasons). If there is any abnormality in the Kwun, please report it to us within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt; otherwise, you will assume that the Kwun is not damaged and its performance is normal. According to the claim management process of the logistics party, if the items are damaged due to logistics transportation, you need to contact Kwunphi within 24 hours.

Exclusions and Restrictions

Quality Assurance Limitations

This "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" does not cover direct or indirect damage or failure of Kwun caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, operation, storage or transportation, including but not limited to:

  • × After discovering the quality problem under this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy", Kwun has not been sent to Kwunphi Service Center or Kwunphi-authorized repair company, or repaired or repaired in the manner suggested by it;
  • × Accidents of collision, falling and burning caused by man-made non-product quality problems;
  • × Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, opening of the shell, etc. as directed by the unofficial manual;
  • × Damage caused by improper installation, use and operation not in accordance with the instructions of the manual;
  • × In the absence of official instructions and guidance, the customer repairs the damage caused by the installed components;
  • × Damage caused by circuit modification guided by unofficial manuals, or improper matching and use of battery packs and chargers;
  • × Damage caused by all operations not operated in accordance with the product manual;
  • × Damage caused by manipulation in harsh environments, such as strong wind, rain, sand, etc.;
  • × Damage caused by manipulation in the case of mutual interference with other wireless devices, such as transmitter, image transmission signal, WiFi signal interference, etc.;
  • × Damage caused when the working face exceeds the calibrated inclination angle;
  • × Damage caused by forced operation when parts are aged or damaged;
  • × Damage caused by reliability and compatibility issues when used with non-Kwunphi certified third-party components;
  • × Damage caused by insufficient discharge when the power is insufficient, or the use of batteries with quality problems;
  • × The product runs continuously;
  • × data loss or damage caused by the product;
  • × Failure or damage caused by any third-party product;
  • × Products or parts with modified or removed identification labels.

Other limitations and exclusions

In addition to the above exclusions and limitations, this "Kwun Limited Warranty Policy" does not cover:

Kwunphi is only responsible for the loss or damage of the product if: the product is owned by Kwunphi; or the product is in transit under Kwunphi's responsibility. Kwunphi is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data contained in the product, including confidential, proprietary or personal information.

Kwunphi, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and Providers or service providers are not responsible, even if they have been advised of the possibility of these situations:

  • 1) Third parties bring damages to you;
  • 2) Your data is lost, damaged or leaked;
  • 3) Special , incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business income, goodwill or anticipated savings.

The foregoing limitations do not apply to personal injury (including death) for personal injury, including death, and loss of real property and tangible movable property for whether Kwunphi is legally liable.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow any exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

Kwunphi hereby disclaims all indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages arising out of or in connection with Kwun, including but not limited to transportation costs to and from Kwunphi service centers, loss of Kwun value, loss of time, loss of revenue, loss of Loss resulting from inability to use Kwun, loss of personal or business property, inconvenience or deterioration, mental distress or injury, business loss (including but not limited to loss of profit or revenue), bus fare, car rental fee, maintenance call fee, lodging fee , and incidental charges such as telephone charges, fax charges and postage charges.

The entire liability of Kwunphi and its affiliates, suppliers, resellers or service providers, regardless of the cause of the damages, is limited to the actual direct damages suffered by you and shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the purchase of the product. To the extent permitted by law, the foregoing limitations and exclusions apply regardless of your claim based in contract, tort (including negligence and gross negligence), breach of terms or conditions of warranty, misstatement (whether negligence or otherwise) , even if Kwunphi has been advised of the possibility of such damages or that such damages can be reasonably foreseen.
