Select "User Type" (for owner or for cleaning company) and "Comprehensive Situation Efficiency" to automatically calculate the cost of multiple combinations.Users according to calculated results select the model and labor&kwun matching collocation.

• Calculation result: the actual use cost of different models of kwun and different labor&kwun under various monthly cleaning task
• Monthly cleaning task: refers to the cleaning scale to be completed within one month. If the actual cleaning scale is larger than this scale, it can be increased by corresponding multiples.
• User type: for owner or for cleaning company. Different user type have different cost calculation methods
• Comprehensive Situation Efficiency: In actual work, there are two efficiency losses as follows:

1. Situation Efficiency 1: In the process of work, people stop, lift, turn around, change batteries, etc., resulting in efficiency loss; Situation Efficiency 1 is the ratio of actual efficiency to nominal efficiency;
2. Situation Efficiency 2: The net working time of 8 hours per day, the actual working time is lost due to travel, work preparation and other reasons; Expressed as the actual working time which minus this efficiency loss divided by eight hours;

Comprehensive Situation Efficiency is a indicator of the team's actual work efficiency;

Comprehensive Situation Efficiency=Situation Efficiency 1 * Situation Efficiency 2

Example:

Use kwun B30M for cleaning, and the nominal efficiency of this model is 600m²/Hour, the actual cleaning efficiency is 540m²/Hour, Situation Efficiency 1=540/600=90%;

On the day of operation, it took 3 hours to move between different buildings, Situation Efficiency 2=(8-3)/8=62.5%

Therefore, Comprehensive Situation Efficiency = 90% * 62.5% = 56.25%
